All domestic orders are shipped USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail 2-3 day, unless expedited shipping is requested.
International orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail International, unless expedited shipping is requested. Shipping times vary due to customs.
USPS Tracking is sent with a shipping notification email, once orders are completed. Tracking on international orders cover through the packages acceptance into customs in the destination country.
Completion time for orders varies based on item (premade items such as hats or custom, to form pieces) and influx of orders. Generally items will be out to mail within 5-10 business days. Please email at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns about your orders processing time.
Items can be returned only due to:
- incorrect color scheme (there is natural color variance due to each batch being individually mixed, so items within that small variance are not valid)
- incorrect size (custom orders made to measurement specifications sent via the customer can not be returned if the measurements were taken incorrectly)
- visual defect due to incorrect construction
Please read the sizing guide to minimize any fitting problems with orders.
Returns must be made known by emailing email@example.com within 10 days of receiving the item. Do not wear if you're intending to return the item, as noticeable wear will void any exchange/refund.
Depending on if the item needs repair, exchanging, or returning up to the full amount of the item plus initial shipping will be refunded.
